February 3, 2023 at 1:58 amThis company is trash. I had a baby shower and wanted to get my bffs a nice gift. I bought them each a bracelet (10 of them at $20 each!!) to show my gratitude. I also asked the lady if they would change color, she said no not at all they are “great” quality. I stretched them some to make sure they were made well and wouldn’t snap on me and she said they are made with double elastic and again “great” quality. I bought them on a Friday night and gave them out to my girls on Sunday morning. Tell me why by Monday morning I’m getting text that the SILVER bracelets are turning BLACK!!!! I look at mine and same thing has happened. My mom went to the mall to confront them but she said she needed all the bracelets back….. bitch. There’s TEN of them and my girls are all over Dade county, Broward county, and in Texas. We sent her photos and still she wanted them back. She said we shouldn’t put perfume or shower with them on…. FIRST this was never mentioned or I wouldn’t have bought them to begin with. SECOND I can only speak for my mother and I, we don’t wear perfume ever and we take off jewelry to shower!!! Long story short, I purchased them through cashapp which was a HUGE mistake (aside from purchasing anything from her) because cashapp won’t fight for you. Lesson learned. I can only request a refund and she declined it. What a joke. Thinking back, I feel like they asked me to pay cashapp KNOWING this was going to be a problem (a scam). I’m 8.5 months pregnant, moving to a new place, and have way more important things to do than run around collecting 10 tarnished bracelets. The least this women could’ve done was refund me in full or at least half of my purchase. Now I will make it a point to post this on every platform.
